Please note: Royal Mail are facing some delays due to the increased demand for postage due to government lockdown causing people to shop more online. This can lead to longer delays to receive your parcels and once your parcel has been dispatched, so please allow up to 10 working days (UK) and up to 30 working days (International). RM24 delivery does not mean special next working day delivery, and we still have an order processing time which doesn't include delivery time. Please take that into consideration when ordering and choosing your delivery method.
We also don't send or have our mail picked on saturdays and sundays so all orders are processed on working days ( Monday- Friday)
If you did purchase a tracked delivery method, please allow a few hours for your tracking information to update via the link sent in your dispatch notice email.

Lost / Stolen / Damaged parcels
We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Once your parcel leaves our hands, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver your parcel.
By purchasing with Pretty Pawfect Boutique you adhere to these conditions. In the unlikely event your parcel has not arrived or has arrived damaged, you can look to make a claim with Royal Mail.

Returns must be made within 28 days. You must notify us of a return within 7 days of receiving your parcel via email to: email@example.com
We will get back to you within 3 working days to confirm your return and send you the relevant information to make your return.
The item(s) must be returned to us in the original condition with tags attached within 28 days of receiving your parcel in order to be replaced/refunded. Returns made after this time or in an unsuitable condition will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your own cost.
Please ensure your return includes your:
- Order Name
- Order Number
- Email address used to place your order, and if different, the email you contacted us on to request your return.
We unfortunately can't accept returns on made to order items, such as human clothing, phone cases and ID tags.
Please, Please, Please check your dogs sizes against our sizing guides before placing an order!

-please note you will be responsible for the return and exchange, shipping cost for an exchange and we cannot guarantee we will have the size required for the exchange at that time.
Returned merchandise must be in the condition sold with original packaging and any tags intact. Goods must be unused, in perfect condition so we recommend a careful indoor try on (clean pups only please!) if you need to try on an item. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for goods that are not in perfect condition.
Please make sure that your return is well packed and includes your order information inside of the parcel including your Name & Order Number and/or email address used to place the order so that we can identify your return quickly and speed up the returns process for you. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit therefore we would recommend that you obtain a free 'Proof of Posting' from the Post Office or choose to send the goods by Recorded Delivery for your records. All returns are made at your own cost.
