Returns must be made within 14 days of recieveing your order. Please contact us via email to make your return: email@example.com
The item(s) must be returned to us in the original condition you recieved them in. Item(s) must not be worn, washed or show any sign of use. Any returns that are received in an unsuitable and unsellable condition will be refused. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of shipping the return (unless the item is damaged or faulty in this case we will send you a return label) and original shipping costs will not be refunded. When sending any return, we recommend that you use a tracked service and keep hold of the tracking number until your refund has been received and accepted.
We do not accept exchanges or returns on human apparel or made to order items unless damaged or faulty. (Made to order items, such as human clothing including t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, phone cases and ID tags)
As of 6/09/21 we are no longer accepting refunds for sale items. All sale and second sale items are now final and non refundable unless damaged or faulty.
WE CURRENTLY DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES AT THIS TIME. IF YOU HAVE ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE OR PRODUCT YOU WILL HAVE TO RETURN THE ITEM(S) BACK TO US FOR A REFUND AND RE PURCHASE THE CORRECT SIZE OR ITEM. ( due to the fact are stock changes so frequently we are unable to offer exchanges at this time )

Returned merchandise must be in the condition sold with original packaging and any tags intact. Goods must be unused, in perfect condition so we recommend a careful indoor try on (clean pups only please!) if you need to try on an item. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for goods that are not in perfect condition like how they were sent to you in.
Please make sure that your return is well packed and includes your order information inside of the parcel including your Name & Order Number and/or email address used to place the order so that we can identify your return quickly and speed up the returns process for you. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit therefore we would recommend that you obtain a free 'Proof of Posting' from the Post Office or choose to send the goods by Recorded Delivery for your records. All returns are made at your own cost.
