What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer two shipping options.  We can send parcels as First or Second class fully tracked or we can send via a standard royal mail delivery which is first and second class without tracking.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Once your item has been dispatched it is down to royal mail but an aim is 1-3 days depending on what shipping option you selected.

How can I track my parcel?

How long is your order processing time?

We will work hard to get orders sent out.  We will aim to process orders in 2-3 days but in busy times this can rise up to 10 working days. made to order items can be longer.

When will I receive my parcel?

Please note: Royal Mail are facing some delays due to the increased demand for postage due to COVID-19 along with limited staff in place.  This can lead to longer delays to receive your parcels and once your parcel dispatches, please allow up to 10 working days (UK) and up to 30 working days (International).  This side of things are out of our control but we will do our best to assist you where possible and get updates to ease your worries.  Please take this into consideration prior to ordering with us.

How do I place an Order?

You can simply scroll through our website and add items you love into your cart.  Once added to cart you can follow the on screen details where you can check out and get your order confirmation. 

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can choose to sign up for an account or use guest checkout.  You will benefit more with an account for quicker checkout times if you return to us and also you can sign up to our newsletter to receive updates and discounts in the future.

Can I return my order?

You can return your order if you are not happy with it.  We simply ask if it can be returned to us as it arrived.  Clean and free from fur, stains and other damage otherwise we cannot refund.

Yes we use a SSL protocol which means we are protected for shopping online while checking out.  You can see this via the padlock seen in the browser

How do I order the correct sizes?

If you visit our sizing guide page, you can find out more information on how to measure your dog to make sure our products fit.

How to clean and care for my Harness?

Our harness are made from a lightweight and breathable material which makes cleaning and drying them very quick and easy, so dont worry if your pup gets mucky!

They can be washed on a delcate wash in the washing machine with detergent and left to air dry. We also recommend a stain remover for more stubborn stains.

They can also be hand washed in warm soapy water. We reccomend letting them soak for a bit first to get out any tough stains.

How to clean and care for my Lead and Collar?

our leads and collars are made from neoprene and polyester

so cleaning this is easy, we recommend hand washing dirty areas in warm soapy water and leave to soak and to air dry, you can also use a soft brush to also scrub dirty areas.

How to clean and care for my blankets and pet toys?

For hygiene reasons blankets and toys need cleaning.

We recommend putting them on a delicate low heat wash at 30 degress or hand washing with warm soapy water. Blankets can be tumbled dried for extra fluff and softness. Please only Air dry toys.

Why are the products different in colour?

You will notice some products will vary in colours. this is mainly due to the different materials that were used and the printing is slightly different when it goes onto the materials. For example our harnesses will look different to the leads or collars and this is from the different materials and manufacturing process. We always try our best to get everything as close and matched as possible.
