Chest to fit is the measurement that is all around your torso ( so hold your arms up and get someone to help measure your torso with a tape measure)
Actual chest is the measurement of a garment itself from armpit to armpit (seam to seam). This measurment is great if you already have a garment at home that fits perfectly you can measure to compare.
